From Vision to Reality
Delivering Growth

3D Planning & Visualization
The 3D views helped the client:
• See exactly how the space would look and feel before any work began
• Compare different layout options quickly
• Spot design issues early and fix them before construction
• Make faster, more confident decisions
By the time the plan was approved, every stakeholder shared the same visual understanding of the project. This reduced changes on-site, saved time and cost, and ensured the final result matched the original vision.

Agro Tourism Farm Planned with Drone Surveys and 3D Mapping - VIETNAM
For this agro tourism project, we used drone flying and 3D mapping to plan the entire farm in a smart, simple and cost‑effective way. Instead of relying only on rough sketches, we captured aerial images of the land and turned them into accurate 3D models using easily available tools.
With these 3D maps, we were able to:
• Understand the natural slopes, views and access routes across the site
• Decide the best locations for cottages, activity zones and farming areas
• Plan walking paths, water bodies and open spaces to feel natural and welcoming
• Test different layout options digitally before any work started on the ground
Because everything was planned in 3D first, the client could clearly see how guests would move through the farm and experience each space. This reduced guesswork, avoided costly changes during construction and helped create an agro tourism destination that is both practical to build and memorable to visit.

Barren Land to Green Mine
For this mountain land project, we transformed a challenging, sloped site into a smart, tech-enabled and sustainable space. The goal was to use minimal resources while getting the most generous output from the land.
We began by studying the terrain, sun path and water flow to understand how the land naturally behaves. Using simple digital tools and data, we mapped out zones for farming, stay areas and shared spaces so that every square meter worked harder.
Key steps included:
• Placing structures to capture maximum sunlight and natural ventilation
• Planning water harvesting and reuse systems to reduce dependence on external supply
• Using sensors and basic automation to monitor soil moisture and optimize irrigation
• Designing circulation paths that protect the land and reduce erosion
By combining careful planning with accessible technology, the site now produces more food, uses less water and energy, and offers a comfortable experience for people visiting or staying there. The result is a mountain property that feels close to nature while quietly powered by smart, sustainable systems.

Vertical Production
For this project, we designed an aeroponic system to grow fresh vegetables and fruits in a clean, controlled environment. The goal was to produce healthy, chemical‑free food using very little water, soil and space.
Instead of growing in soil, the plants are suspended in air and their roots are misted with a nutrient‑rich solution. We planned the layout of towers, lighting and circulation so that every plant receives the right amount of light, air and nutrients.
This setup offers several advantages:
• Healthier produce: Clean roots and controlled nutrients lead to consistent, high‑quality vegetables and fruits.
• Less water use: The closed‑loop system uses far less water than traditional farming.
• Faster growth: Plants grow quicker because they receive oxygen and nutrients directly at the roots.
• Space efficiency: Vertical towers allow more plants to grow in a smaller footprint.
• Cleaner environment: No soil means fewer pests, less disease and minimal need for chemicals.
By combining careful planning with aeroponic technology, this project shows how small spaces can be turned into highly productive, sustainable food systems that deliver fresh, healthy produce all year round.
